Welcome to the 4th of June 2024 show.

On Greenwich in the Gilded Age, we'll journey back in time and visit Seven Gables in Belle Haven, made possible by Victorian Summer: The Historic Houses of Belle Haven Park, Greenwich, Connecticut by Matt Bernard.

In 1908, a "Grand Auto Carnival" was announced to the people of Greenwich. Hundreds of decorated cars were expected to parade over the most beautiful sections of the town.

On Crimes and Misdemeanors, in May, 1925, for the first time in the town's history "a young woman bootlegger" was charged with transporting liquor without a license.

What happened in Greenwich in 1945-1946? We'll share the details.

We'll have all this -and more- as our history continues to unfold.
