Welcome to the 23rd of April 2024 show.

On Greenwich in the Gilded Age, we'll journey back in time and visit the Bathing Pavilion and Beach: The Casino, made possible by Victorian Summer: The Historic Houses of Belle Haven Park, Greenwich, Connecticut by Matt Bernard.

A "Mrs. Fry" of Cos Cob made the news by wielding a revolver at constables and other who attempted to move her out of her home. She was having none of it.

On Greenwich Before 2000, we'll reflect on the years 1947-1948.

We'll share news of a revival at the Little Bethel African Methodist Episcopal Church on Lake Avenue.

What else? Captain Mayo's house in Belle Haven burned to the ground, and Silas Derby's daily stage coach to and from Greenwich and Banksville came to an end.

LIFE: Six Women Photographers on Exhibit Until July 7, 2024.

We'll have all this -and more- as our history continues to unfold.
